৳5 a student a month: ৳250 for 50 students and ৳750 for 150. Above 150 it drops to ৳4 a student — ৳1,200 for 300 and ৳2,000 for 500. Paying yearly costs ten months for twelve, so two months are free.

No. Only you and your team use the app. Each student gets a link to their own page that opens in any browser, and reminders reach guardians by WhatsApp, SMS or email.

No — and it never holds your money. Students pay your own bKash, Nagad, Rocket or bank account directly, then send the transaction ID from their student page. You check it and confirm with a tap, and their dues update. Cash and anything else you record yourself.

WhatsApp costs nothing: Tutorey opens your own WhatsApp with the message already written and you press send, so it goes from your number — on every plan, in every country. SMS is different: it is sent for you from our server through a Bangladeshi gateway, which is why it comes with a paid plan and only works in Bangladesh.

Yes, for the work you do during a class. Attendance, new students and payments save on your phone straight away and go up on their own the moment you have a signal — and Tutorey shows how many changes are still waiting. You need a connection the first time you sign in on a device.

Yes. Add many students at once, or share your online registration link and let students fill in their own details. If your list is on paper or in Excel, message us on WhatsApp and we will help you move it in.

Yes. Paid packages include team members — 3 with 50 students, 10 with 150, 20 with 300 and 30 with 500. Everyone signs in with their own account and sees only what their role allows; a teacher sees only their own batches. Every paid package also has custom roles and a log of who changed what.

Yes, any time. A new plan starts the day you pay for it and runs a full month or year from that day. Renewing the plan you already have before it ends adds the time after your current term, so no paid day is lost.

Nothing is deleted. Payments by bKash, Nagad or Rocket do not renew on their own, and we remind you before your plan ends. If you do not renew, your records stay saved — pay again and everything carries on exactly where it was.

Nothing is lost. You keep every student, batch and record you entered — you just cannot add more than the plan allows until you upgrade. If your team is larger than the plan seats, your team members can still see everything but cannot make changes until you upgrade or remove some.

Yes. Tutorey works in English anywhere, and prices outside Bangladesh are in US dollars — from $4 a month for 50 students. WhatsApp reminders work in every country; SMS reminders are Bangladesh only. Card payment is not open yet, so to buy a package from outside Bangladesh, message us on WhatsApp and we will set it up for you.

On the website, with bKash, Nagad or Rocket: send money to the number shown, enter your wallet number, and your plan starts once the payment is checked. In the Android app, you pay through Google Play. Outside Bangladesh the app shows prices in US dollars.

Your data is yours. It travels encrypted, it is stored so that no other tutor can read it, it is never sold, and you can export it or delete your account whenever you want. You can also lock the app with a PIN and sign out devices you no longer use.
