With one login, every teacher sees every fee, every guardian’s number and every other teacher’s batches. When something changes, nobody knows who changed it. And when a teacher leaves, the password leaves with them.
Split the work by what people do
- Whoever teaches a batch looks after that batch: its attendance and its marks.
- The front desk handles admissions and student details.
- The full picture of the money stays with you — and a manager, if you have one.
Tutorey comes with four roles — teacher, register, assistant and manager — and each sees only what it should. A teacher sees only their own batches. If none fits, build a custom role of your own.
How it works in Tutorey
- Invite each person to their own login.
- Paid packages include team members: 3 with 50 students, 10 with 150, 20 with 300 and 30 with 500.
- Every paid package has custom roles and an activity log of who changed what.
